What Sets Us Apart From the Competition

We’re Different.

IBR Realty is a different kind of real estate company. Really. Simply put, we value the needs and interests of our clients above our own. Our fees are negotiable and our contracts can be cancelled without penalty. Exclusive agency is preferred over dual agency and personal relationships are built to last.

We’re Also the Same.

Like all major real estate companies we offer complete MLS exposure and services. Agents get complete, accurate and reliable information regarding our properties. Our listings are marketed extensively through the internet and are accessible to anyone with a computer. Lending and title services are available as well as inspection and home warranty products. Additionally, we are the only company offering online showing and feedback information to our clients. As companies in the same industry, real estate companies have access to similar tools and technologies. The playing field is level and the only real differences are in the way the clients are treated. At IBR Realty, we like to think that we treat our clients better.

It’s the differences that make us better.

Negotiable Fees. IBR Realty does not set a specific commission rate for the agent to charge. We allow our agents to negotiate their fees with their clients.

Independent Agents.

Even though IBR Realty has a full complement of mortgage and title services, we do not order our agents to use them. IBR Realty agents are free to choose the services that serve the best interest of their clients, not those that serve the best interest of the company.

Independent Owned - Not franchise owned.

IBR Realty is Minnesota’s largest independent real estate company. As such, we can serve our client’s needs best when we are not pressured to follow the rules of a franchise or corporation.

Family Spirit - Not corporate structure.

IBR Realty is operated using family values as guidelines. We govern ourselves using principles of fairness, generosity and integrity and feel that everyone is best served when the interests of the client are placed above all else.
